Description

DuraKote is an epoxy/acrylic decorative and protective exterior wall coating used over ShurFlex elastomeric finish. A siliconized version of DuraKote is available by special order.

Uses: DuraKote is an exterior acrylic paint designed for use over high pH surfaces such as stucco, prepared masonry or concrete, and has excellent adhesion to primed metal and wood surfaces. DuraKote performs well in geographic regions where freeze/thaw occurs.

StretchKote is an elastomeric decorative and protective exterior wall coating. StretchKote provides excellent crack bridging qualities over cementitious exterior surfaces. StretchKote is available in a wide variety of colors. StretchKote offers excellent weather resistance, and a siliconized version is available by special order.

Uses: StretchKote exterior elastomeric paint is for use over prepared masonry, concrete, stucco or synthetic substrates. StretchKote has a high elongation factor for bridging cracks.

Shur-Gard™ is an elastomeric secondary all/weather moisture and air barrier.

Uses: Shur-Gard can be applied over a wide variety of substrates to provide secondary seamless weather barrier. Shur-Gard serves as a foundation for adhesive applications of EPS insulation boards.

ShurPrime™ is a premium acrylic protective exterior primer. Shur-Prime™ can be used to protect most exterior surfaces including stem and foundation walls, stucco, EIFS.

Uses: ShurPrime™ is designed to be used over high pH cementitious surfaces such as stucco, tilt-up concrete, prepared masonry and brick.

Stucco Conditioner is a exterior epoxy/acrylic-based penetrating hardener and sealer. It is ideal as a primer for paint, coatings and synthetic stucco, and offers excellent efflorescence resistance.

Uses: Stucco Conditioner is designed for use over high pH surfaces (up to 13.0 s.u.) such as stucco, masonry or concrete. It ca also be used over existing painted surfaces, stucco and masonry to help harden or tighten up the surface. Stucco Conditioner performs well in geographic regions where freeze/thaw occurs. Stucco Conditioner can be used to treat walls that effloresce prior to recoating.

ShurBond is a waterborne acrylic bonding agent.

Uses: ShurBond is applied over painted surfaces to improve adhesion of cementitious coatings. ShurBond evens surface absorption, allowing a uniform overlay. ShurBond may also be used to increase bond strength between cementitious products.

ShurKote Admix is a concentrated, waterborne acrylic polymer additive for use with cementitious materials.

Uses: ShurKote Admix, when diluted, is added to cementitious materials to reduce cracking and shrinking, while improving tensile, flexural and compressive strengths. When added to cementitious materials, ShurKote Admix will produce a polymer-modified cement that will increase freeze/thaw stability.
